Ann Arbor Businesses & Beyond
While customers come to me from around the world, I have a soft spot for local clients in and around Ann Arbor, MI, where my studio is based. I received my BFA in Graphic Design from the School of Art at the University of Michigan. After graduation, I settled in Ann Arbor and haven't left since, having fallen in love with Ann Arbor's college town atmosphere, rich mix of cultures and vibrant art scene. Like other long-time Ann Arborites, I've come to love and appreciate the Art Fairs, The Big House, the Arb, fairy doors, Kerrytown, and Zingerman's. Whether your business is located in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Plymouth, Livonia, Saline, Dexter or Chelsea, my local expertise allows me to create designs that naturally speak to your audience.
» Face to face communication is possible. When I'm working with international or even out-of-state clients, FaceTime and Skype are generally the closest I get to meeting my clients in person. However, sometimes when a lot of details need to be relayed nothing beats a good, old-fashion face-to-face chat. You'll also find that communication is more convenient simply because our clocks are in the same time zone. So, when you're working, I'm working and available to answer your calls.
» I understand the local culture and market. There's no need to bring me up to speed on the business and social culture of Ann Arbor or the state of Michigan. Having grown up in Michigan, I have insights into the market from the perspective of a resident, consumer, and designer. As a designer, my job is to communicate through design and I can definitively say that I speak the local language.
» I can offer additional services, such as providing guidance and recommendations on local printers and product manufacturers as well as interfacing with these vendors for you.
